9 of Nature
9 of Nature
-
- Description
- The Nine of nature is a young man with a primitive scythe, looking off into the distance. It's a card of tools, and one of the more advanced tools that's seen in this deck. The man and his tool are laid on a field of verdant green.
- Interpretation
- So, my initial impressions of this card are one of hope for abundance, health and patience. This is not a card of reaping or sowing, but the in between time for letting the crops grow. Perhaps that's what the field behind the young man is, the growing fields. Extrapolating then from that, this is also a card of settling down. This is not a nomadic tribesman, but a primitive farmer, who may be in transition of abandoning the nomadic lifestyle or have already been born into a budding sedentary civilization.
- Application
- For me personally, since I'm going to see my baby's ultrasound today, I believe this is patience in watching something grow. I'm sure that's influenced my interpretation, but I can live with that. Tender, nurturing and attentive I should be if I'm really to reap what I have sown.
